Postomat
A Postomat (postal machine) is located at the PostFinance Arena.
Further options for withdrawing cash are available in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition grounds.
The lost and found office and the exhibition office are located at the main entrance in Hall 2.1 on the ground floor to the right.

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition halls or on the exhibition grounds. Exceptions are made for guide dogs and assistance dogs.
The cloakroom is located in Hall 2.1 and can be used for a fee of CHF 2.00 per item of clothing.
Site access
The grounds and halls are wheelchair accessible. All buildings are accessible via ramps and have passenger lifts.
Toilets
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the premises and can be accessed with the EuroKey.

Suitable parking spaces are available on Mingerstrasse.

The trade fair kiosk with newspapers, drinks, snacks and more is located in the main entrance in Hall 2.1 and is open to visitors during trade fair opening hours.
Should assistance be required, visitors can contact the trade fair office in Hall 2.1 at any time.
